| Dose rate detectors of type FHZ 621 G-L are
proportional detectors with high sensitivity and an integral microprocessor-electronics
with serial interface of type RS-232 or RS-485. A unique property is the additional
detection of radiation anomalies with the NBR-method. This will clearly indicate whether
an increase of radiation was due to artificial sources in the environment or merely a
normal, natural event due to changes of weather, temperature, rain, ... Therefore this
probe is ideally suited for environmental monitoring.
Measuring range: 10 nanoSv/h ... 100 milliSv/h
Extended range: up to 10 Sv/h
Gamma response: typically 9.5 cps / microSv/h
Energy range: 30 keV -- 1.3 MeV within
+-30%
